For new patients please provide information requested below:

Parallel Links Pediatrics, PLLC is located within The Nest Integrated Services site at The Bourse at Virginia Manor office complex on 2275 Swallow Hill Rd. 

 

We are in building 800, Lower level.

 

Follow signs for The Nest

Park in the 800/900 building parking lot. 800 is at the far end of this lot.

-Must be a resident of Pennsylvania

– If you are not a resident of Pennsylvania, you will need to be able to travel to PA for your appointment

-Currently out of network with insurance companies. This means that YOU CAN submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits.  Please contact your insurance to determine your benefits.

Virtual and In Person visits are available, Initial visit is highly recommended in person.  After initial visit, frequency of virtual visits will be determined if requested.  

This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Spruce App:

 

The Spruce App is used to gather new patient information to set up your Chart and your Elation Patient Portal.

You can continue to use Spruce for information that you do not want in the medical record.  Download app from Google Play Store

Your Elation Passport Portal is linked to the Elation Passport for Patients app. Existing patients use the Elation Passport for Patients app, to communicate with the clinic. You can choose to be notified by text or email for new messages from your doctor. You can also choose to be emailed or texted for appointment reminders.

All communication is directly added to the patient chart.

 The Elation Passport for Patients app is used for communication related to:

– invoices/ billing

– booking appointments online,

– rescheduling

– medication refills

– general questions or updates

– upload forms for the clinic or receive forms

 -check the date and time of your appointment

– to receive reminders via email or texts for appointments

App is available in Apple Store. Android devices can save this website link to the app on their home screens.

Communicate

First Appointment Instructions

Complete all new intake paperwork/consents and send them back through Spruce.  We will then send instructions to access Elation.  Future forms can be uploaded directly to Elation.  You must access the patient passport on a desktop for the forms to download. Here is the link:

Accept your email invitation to set up and download the Elation Passport for Patients app. This app is a patient communication tool that will replace Spruce App ( our phone system) for most communication needs after intake. It directly links to the chart and allows access to information. 

 

Update credit card information for Elation via an emailed link. Payments and credit card information is integrated within the medical record. I will send an email to access and update credit card information. You can also find links to update credit card information above.
